Delivery - We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days.

Returns and Refunds - All our journals are carefully inspected prior to posting but in the unlikely event that you do receive defective goods then please contact us immediately upon receipt. All claims must be made within 4 working days of receipt and must be returned within 14 days. Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can advise on the best method of delivery. Snowgoose Publishing Limited will not refund postage charges on goods that are not faulty and returned goods must be in a perfect and unused condition for refund. Please note that we accept no responsibility for returned goods that do not reach us.
